A new way to share your love for Paws Place Dog Rescue is hitting the road! Pre-orders are now open for the official Paws Place Dog Rescue, North Carolina Specialty License Plate.
If you believe in giving every dog a second chance, pre-order your Paws Place Dog Rescue license plate today. Your support helps us continue our mission of rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming dogs in need—and every plate brings us one step closer to saving more lives.
Plate Options & Pricing
- $30 for a standard Paws Place Dog Rescue specialty plate
- $60 for a customized specialty plate (personalized text/numbers, up to four characters)
- $30 for specialty portion + addtl $30 for custom piece
Please note: customizations are first-come, first-served, so don’t wait if you have a message in mind! If you have multiple vehicles, make sure you submit an application for each vehicle.
Pre-Order Requirements
- A minimum of 300 pre-orders is required before our application package can be sent to the NC General Assembly for approval and NC Division of Motor Vehicles for production.
- Plates are available for North Carolina-registered, non-commercial vehicles, including golf carts.
- Orders must be received by January 15, 2026

Interested drivers may pre-order and pay via cash or check. A pre-order form can be downloaded here. Complete the form and return to Paws Place Dog Rescue along with your payment.
