Did my baby blues catch your attention?  Or was it my charming smile?  My name is Yuki and I was found underneath an 18-wheeler truck and brought to Paws Place by a very kind soul.  I was extremely scared and timid of everything and everyone when I first arrived.  But now that I have gotten to spend time with the kind humans here I am learning what it feels like to be safe, loved, and taken care of and I am starting to come out of my shell.  The folks here believe me to be a Dachshund mix about 4 months old.  Wanna know how I got the name Yuki?  Our kennel manager said it means “snow” in Japanese.  Fitting, wouldn’t you say?  Come out and meet me, I’m about as cute and loving as they get!
