Roscoe is our newest arrival but he suspects that he has been at PP before.  This senior boy was adopted as a puppy with PP and has been loved and cared for, for 11 years. His owner can no longer give him the care he needs, so they turned to us for some help. The first thing on the agenda is to get him on a diet! He was loved with food, as you can see! Looking for a mellow dog? He is housebroken! Come out to meet him so he can spend his remaining years in a wonderful home!
