Hi there! I’m Mocha, a beautiful 3-year-old girl named for my rich mocha-latte coloring and my warm, spirited personality. I’ve been with Paws Place since September 12, 2023, and I’m still dreaming of the day I find my perfect match.

I’m a smart, food-motivated pup who absolutely loves learning. Treats are the key to my heart, and they make training both fun and rewarding for me! I thrive when I have a consistent routine and clear expectations, which helps me feel confident and comfortable in my environment.

I’m a girl who knows what she likes, especially when it comes to snacks and mealtime! I appreciate having my own space to enjoy special treats and meals and thrive in a home that provides structure, consistency, and clear expectations. My love of food makes me highly motivated during training, and I’m always excited to learn when tasty rewards are involved.

My ideal home is a calm, adult-only household with a patient adopter who understands that building trust takes time. I would do best as the only dog in the home, where I can soak up all the attention and enjoy a predictable routine. Once I settle in, I’m a loyal companion who enjoys spending time with my favorite people and being part of the daily routine. I do best in a peaceful environment where I can relax, learn, and continue to grow.

I also have plenty of energy for outdoor adventures and would love a securely fenced yard where I can run, play, and enjoy the sunshine. Whether we’re working on training, going for walks, or simply enjoying a quiet evening together, I’m happiest when I’m with someone who appreciates my unique personality.
