Meet Mindy, a sweet 4-year-old girl who is ready to enjoy all the little things that make fall special!

Mindy loves going for walks, taking in all the new smells, and feeling that crisp fall breeze on her face. She also loves saying hello to her fellow dog friends! As always, we recommend a proper and safe introduction with any potential canine friend to make sure everyone starts off on the right paw.

Mindy came to Paws Place Dog Rescue as an owner surrender, and we truly feel for the family who had to make that difficult decision. Sometimes circumstances change, and making the choice to surrender a beloved pet can be incredibly hard.

From what we learned about Mindy’s past, she would do best in a home with children over 10 years old. She can become a little timid or overwhelmed when there are lots of children around, so a calmer household would help her feel safe and comfortable.

Once Mindy gets to know you, her sweet personality shines through. She is ready for cozy days, peaceful walks, friendly hellos, and a family who will give her the time and love she deserves. Could Mindy be the girl you’ve been looking for this fall?
